Most of our items are lovingly handmade. You may find that there will be slight variances in color, size and texture making each piece unique.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your undamaged, unused item(s) for a full refund.

All SALE items, HOLIDAY ITEMS, and any items marked FINAL SALE are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded regardless of purchase date.

Purchases of any Neroli Sonoma Products can be returned and must be unopened and unused. Any opened products can be returned for in-house credit only.

Items must be in their original packaging and unused in the condition received.

Items are eligible for return within 30 days from the date the item was received.

Items received as a gift are eligible for store credit only.

Items shipped to international addresses are only eligible for return at the customer’s expense within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
